The receptionist was a foreigner, but he was polite and spoke fluent Japanese.
The snack and drink service was appreciated.
The room was equipped with a refrigerator and microwave, which was convenient.
The unit bath had an auto-lock, and the room was just as comfortable as a regular hotel.
The Shinkansen runs nearby, so it's not completely silent, but
it didn't bother me.
There is a parking lot on the premises, and it's a single-story building, so it may be more convenient than a regular business hotel.
