Room is quite small and a little bit old. However, the breakfast was quite nice when considering its price.

Clean and comfortable hotel situated close to transport ie train station, shops and restaurants. Comfy beds, great bathtub and good sized rooms. The only drawback was the bright light that would go on in the toilet at night. Breakfast was well organised with lots of choices. There is a laundry with dryers as well but it was on a different floor.

I went to Fukuyama for work.
It was very convenient, clean, tidy, and comfortable.
I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.
This time I had to work from early in the morning, so next time I'd like to have breakfast as well.

Opposite the JR station, there are many large shopping malls nearby. There are many restaurants, but most of them require reservations to get a seat. It is a good choice as a rest stop on the way.
