Ein ruhiges Hotel, das zum Kolpingverbund gehört. Es ist modernisiert und entspricht einem sehr guten Mittelklassehotel. Eine top-Bewertung von 4 Sternen kann ich nicht geben, denn ich bin Rollstuhlfahrer und beim öffnen von ziemlich vielen, schweren Zwischentüren hatte ich so einige Probleme. Toll das andere Gäste so freundlich waren, mir da zu helfen. Die Tagungsräume sind groß gut möbliert und auch technisch sehr gut ausgestattet, Das Frühstück im hoteleigenen Restaurant war gut bestückt, frisch, lecker und reichhaltig - alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Das Hotel ist sehr gut geführt, die Zimmer sind Tip-Top sauber, das House-Keeping ist freundlich und macht einen sehr guten Job, genauso wie die immer sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Alles in Allem ein Tagungshotel der sehr guten Mittelklasse.

Die Zimmer werden zum Teil immer klapriger und selbst die Fenster immer undichte. Das Wasser tröpfelt bald auch nur noch aus der Dusche und am Frühstückstisch findet man Zuckerstreuer vor die schon ewig nicht mehr gereinigt wurden. Schade, daß es immer schlimmer wird.

Wer einen Horrortrip buchen möchte ist in diesem "Hotel" herzlich willkommen, das Hotel ist total runtergekommen braucht eine gründliche Sanierung, die Zimmer sind dunkel, stinken , sehr alt eingerichtet und abgenutzt , im Bad kann man sich unmöglich Duschen, weil der Duschkopf sich dreht und nicht fixieren lässt , das Wasser kommt nicht vernünftig aus dem Hahn da, sehr dünner Strahl, Gestank im Bad ist unerträglich. Es ist auch nicht möglich die Heizung auf eine vernünftige Temperatur zu regulieren, da die einfach viel zu alt ist und auch nicht richtig funktioniert. Die Mitarbeiter haben von einem Service Gedanken noch nie was gehört . Fazit: Es gibt viel bessere und günstigere , modern eingerichtete Hotels in Fulda.

Hotel di passaggio per una notte in viaggio per il nord della Germania. Camera singola, essenziale, niente frigo bar, scrivania con ventilatore rumoroso, bagno quasi più ampio della camera, dispenser antispreco in camera non ce la moquette invece nei corridoi si, buona la pulizia Cena buona, sorpresa pasta alla siciliana devo dire molto ben fatta e buona. Colazione abbondante e soprattutto salata.

Wir haben zu zweit ein Einzelzimmer erhalten. Hotel hat ein Fehler gemacht. Frau B vom Empfang ist damit gut umgegangen. Der Manager in Duty, den Frau B. angerufen hat, hat erst nach einigem hin und her zugelassen, das die Buchung storniert wird. Das kann aber nicht heute passieren sondern erst in der nächsten Woche. Der Manager in Duty, den ich dann am Telefon hatte, konnte sich nicht mehr an seinen eigenen Namen erinnern... Hier muss jemand in Konfliktmanagement geschult werden. Nun haben wir Mehrkosten für die Unterkunft, weil wir ein neues Hotel buchen müssen.

Aufgrund einer Tagung war ich nach 2017 das zweite Mal hier. Geändert hat sich nichts. Die Dame an der Rezeption und der Herr im Restaurant waren freundlich und haben einen guten Service gemacht! Das Einzelzimmer war sauber. Das Gesamtambiente ist eher angestaubt, wobei innen auch renoviert wird. Die Aussenfassade ist aber häßlich. Die Küche (Buffet und Frühstück) ist leider wirklich nur mittelmäßig, wenn sich das verändern würde, wäre viel erreicht! Denn der Service ist gut!!

Wir haben unser Wochenende in Fulda sehr genossen. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes (renoviertes!!!) Zimmer mit einem sehr bequemen Bett. Das Personal war super Bett und das Frühstück bot eine üppige Auswahl. Wir haben gleich für den nächsten Aufenthalt reserviert.
