Great location and nice facilities. One room was too small for 4 persons even though was offered as such. Food was ok , mostly good but with some gleaches. Team is nice but service was slow and imperfect : no towels next to the pool, cleaning of the rooms only upon request, very weak Wi-Fi and overall not enough attention for details.

After new management Since 2 Month ago! Really terrible food! Norhing like before. the staff prefer mcdonalds food, after dinner at the hotel i can understand that. Salad only from cans, ready meals etc.

Our family of 5 adults and two children spent 3 nights at this wonderful property located in Fulpmes Austria. The staff was friendly, helpful and made our stay truly enjoyable. The rooms were spotless and the property was well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely recommend this property. The surrounding area is breathtaking with all the views. The half board was also excellent as well as the breakfast.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at Sporthotel Cristall. 👌 Prime location with a stunning view from my spacious room. The staff was polite, very friendly and put a huge effort into making me enjoy my time there. The spa area was also one of the best I have ever been to. In addition to all these, the food was simply amazing: great selection, big portions, perfect harmony of flavours. Highly recommend to anyone who would like to have a blast in the Stubai valley or somewhere close to Innsbruck in general.

We spent 4 days in the hotel with half board. We chose this hotel to discover the area and wasn't disappointed. We got Stubaicard was incuded in the price and was perfect to our plans (for ex. we could use the lifts free). Breakfast was good and we found everything what we needed from the buffet. For dinner we could choose the main course, the rest was on buffet. The duck was amazing! The spa area was spacious and nice. We recommend!

The beds were good, the room layout is inconvenient for a family with small children. The food is ok, but not special. It is nice that the Stubai Super Card is included. We were able to make a nice snow walk with the Kreuzjochbahn. The hotel did not meet our expectations for a 4* hotel and it is very expensive.

Upon arrival we waited 20 minutes before someone comes to the reception. The room very old and the first surprise was to find an ashtray with butts in the room. On Tuesday evening we were guests of two friends who stayed in the hotel for three days half board. We hadn't sat down yet because they had already asked us how we intended to pay (were they afraid that we would all run away?). Dinner consisted of a buffet appetizer consisting of 7 or 8 trays of vegetables, half of which were already finished. Friends had ordered two meat dishes in the morning but they too were finished (!!!). The alternatives proposed by the chef were the inevitable Viennese cutlet with potatoes (honestly good) or penne scotte with spinach or salad with shrimp. The dessert buffet included a single absolutely anonymous industrial type cake. The asking price for this service was 32 euros per person + drinks apart. All this, for father, mother and two children, resulted in a total cost of 138 euros !!! We have been spending our holidays in Austria for several years and never have we received from a 4-star hotel such an inadequate service and product compared to the asking price. Faced with our perplexities, the employees proved to be absolutely indifferent, demonstrating an absolute absence of commercial attitude. Both we and our hosted friends will never recommend this property.
