"The hotel has an excellent location, surrounded by restaurants and large supermarkets, and provides free parking. The double room is large enough and has an oversized balcony for guests to use. The breakfast was also very good, I really couldn't find anything to fault."

"Superb onsen hotel. We took sea view and it was superb with a small balcony. Room are very confortable and big. Onsen was excellent with an outside bath looking at the bay. We had dinner also and it was 5 star. Staff were super helpful (front desk, restaurant etc)"

The toilet is new and beautiful on each floor, but there is only one toilet room, so the timing with other guests was a bit of a cover. The communal bath was the best. There is a washroom for up to 4 people, and it is not a special bath, but the amount of hot water was the best and it was comfortable, so I entered at night and in the morning."
