Very sociable kind staff who talk to you like a regular friend coming in, plain rooms but nice sized windows for the fresh air, great rooftop view alllllll over the mountain and the ocean - especially lovely at night as everything is lit up. Cute bar setup aside the pool too! Good price for its perfect location and cleanliness and covering all the basics and a bit more. Good brunch cafe just across the street facing the cafe! The staff were super helpful with setting up a late checkin too.

The Hotel Next in Funchal on Madeira impresses with its excellent location right on the water. The rooms, although spacious, tend to create a somewhat subdued atmosphere due to their darkness. Nevertheless, the hotel scores with comfortable beds, modern furnishings and attractive bathrooms. The breakfast, served in a kind of canteen, has a limited selection and the quality could be improved. A highlight, however, is the beach club on the water, which, although without a beach, stands out positively with a pool and direct access to the sea via a jetty.

The breakfast is very good, suitable for children, the location of the hotel is impeccable, it can be said that the best. Recommended by British friends, the price is more expensive than other hotels. I didn't feel anything special when I looked at the website pictures, but I still believe in my friends and I booked them. After several nights, you will notice that one or another manco, but for us, in general, everything is still at a level where it seems appropriate to the style. Very stylish overall and the professionalism or the handling of most employees with the guests at a successful level. In fact, you must not ignore the P/L. We stayed in the hotel with group of friends. The experience was really nice — rooms are clean and design are interesting and cozy. You will have breakfast in the other hotel next door and it’s delicious. Also you can use territory of other hotel — there are really nice lounge zone, pool and sea-view. We enjoyed. Only one thing was disturbing — if you want to sleep with open windows it can be really noisy. Because of the buses (going from early morning) and loud people (who were singing and screaming drunk). But if you close the window everything is perfect. Thanks

The bathroom facilities are simple, and the deluxe double room has no door. It is inconvenient to dry clothes on the balcony, and the room is too small. The environment and service are good, three meals a day are all inclusive and taste good, and the parking is convenient.

A superb hotel with a delightful ocean view. The room was a router so the wi-fi was very fast. A clean room in which it was comfortable sitting on the terrace to look at the ocean. Very delicious breakfast, a great variety of fruit, baking. Free visit to the gym, sauna, Turkish guy. The greatest value is the staff of the hotel, which always welcomes the guests.
