春節期間出行的，一是服務極差。二是空調硬件不能使用。三是酒店管理極不規範。
辦理入住，前台無人，敲門也沒有服務員迴應，經攜程客服協調後，服務員就在屋裡睡大覺。服務員睡眼出來後，説房間空調取暖沒有問題，入住後空調根本沒有暖風，提出要取暖氣器，服務員説要到前台自取，結果取暖器都放在一層的公共廁所使用，從廁所裏取了兩台。中午退房時，前台也沒服務員。

酒店環境不錯，挺安靜，性價比不錯，但周邊吃飯不太方便，稍遠點有些肘子店，停車方便，較適合自駕住宿，離天生撟景區較近

房間特別衞生乾淨，裝修的也不錯，都是實木傢俱，還提供早餐，服務很好，要求增加枕頭拖鞋牙膏，電話打完就立馬送來了，有機會下次還去那住。

政府投資辦的，硬件標準不錯，在鄉鎮裏也算相當可以了。但細節還有進步空間，比如有的房間巨臭，浴室裏沒有放沐浴液的地方（其實很好解決，買個免打孔的三腳架就完了），衞生標準可以再高點。

房間窗台上好多小飛蟲，沒有打掃，早餐種類很少，品質太差。要一瓶水也不給。服務也很一般，總之和這個價位的服務差太多。

房間裏有很重的臭味，和服務枱協商後，調換了房間，沒有味道了。早餐時，7點開餐，我們7點半左右到餐廳的，僅有的幾個菜有的衹剩下一點點，雞蛋只有一個，而我們一同進餐廳的5~6個人，問還有雞蛋嗎？服務員回答，沒有了。

辦理入住時，被當場警告：只有兩份早餐，訂單上確實是兩份早餐，我們三人，但我無意騙你一頓，多一人可以不吃，也可以再購買，你有人管理，無需在大堂當著眾人説這樣的話。素質太差了，以後不會再來了，另外，吃完早餐發現雞蛋居然限量每人一個，就這標準，居然提前懷疑客人沾便宜並當場警告⚠️，我也是無語了。
