Hotel is nice and clean, there are only 25 rooms, less crowded. Food is excellent, staff are friendly and hospitality, additional plus point is drink is free including alcohol.

It is over my expectation on this hotel!! Super chill design and welcome drink bar!! and the free drink and snack is 24hrs available.
The onsen is a bit simple but hot enough for me. I like the spacious room size and comfortable bathroom.
The breakfast is also very good and everything just perfect!!!

Quiet and peaceful hotel in Furano, with small garden. In-room onsen was good, but there was no view due to room location. Overall comfortable beds and general hotel facilities were good. Meal was simplified 2-course vs other guests who had booked direct (3 course).

So good! It was much better than the pictures. Our friend recommended this hotel. Food was good, room was bigger than the pictures, and there's balcony to see the view. Will come back for sure!

Everything is ok except the toilet is smelly. The jacuzzi bathtub in our bathroom was badly maintained and had a lot of rusty stains on it. The room is big enough for 3 of us but the bed and sofa bed is not comfortable.

The room is old and the food is quite bad in compared with other Onsen ryokan in the same price.. I definitely will not go again and also will not recommend to any friend.
