Very sophisticated hotel. The elevator needs a little work, though. We met a very good friend (a housekeeping staff member). And the front desk are always willing to assist with anything you need. Also, the robot never gets tired of serving you with deliveries. I'll come here again

屋裡不是很乾凈，我定的房間是個異形房間，有點榻榻米性質的床，床墊邊上靠近窗户那裡好大一塊水漬，還有異味，問了前台能不能幫忙升級下房間，當時入住人並不多，也不是節假日，説是不可以，除非充值50元辦會員，這個年頭還真第一次住酒店辦會員需要付費，因為好多年沒有用過小程序下單了，一直用的攜程，説是攜程預訂的不行，系統不是互通的，巴拉巴拉一堆，反正態度也不太好，一個小姑娘，這不行那也不行的。（同樣都是攜程預訂，旁邊如家怎麼就可以呢，辦理入住直接提醒我會員送早餐以及其他事項）當天入住時間八九點了，懶得講了就拿了房卡上樓了，沒想到隔音巨差，從十點多到半夜兩三點一直很吵，避雷了

住了很多次了 都成會員了 前台服務態度一直很好 反正住的房間一直很乾凈 也沒遇到什麼不好的情況 畢竟是華住會的 還是有保障的 感冒了前台還提醒多喝水 給拿了熱水

房間設施很新，温暖舒適，衞生乾淨，門前停車位緊張，旁邊有收費停車場，都很方便。前台小姐姐服務熱情周到，很貼心照顧！愉快的旅行。同城同價位酒店性價比很高！之前住某家都比較老舊
