很滿意很乾凈，暖和，就是沒有手紙😜在屋裡泡温泉很好，很舒服，室外可以，樓下就不建議去了，會游泳可以去泳池

由於建成的比較早，設定比較舊了；服務一般，早餐 7 點開始，7 點到的時候，菜品就不全了，菜品補的也挺慢。早餐菜品不少，就是補的慢。但是但是氡泉的水真是太好了，洗澡十分滑溜。他家還有一個弊端，老年團人多，基本都是 50 歲以上的多，年輕人少。

1入住體驗：前台價格425 攜程價格385 一聽在攜程訂立馬變臉 下午4點左右到店 攜程已經預訂成功不能辦理入住 説是要等店裡銷售確認才行 好在沒等多久 經常出差沒遇到這種情況
2温泉體驗：還有就是衝著這的温泉過來的 温泉也是無語 先是門口要拿本人身份證挨個核對 恨不得要對省份證號 門口辦理效率極低 再就是可能一開業就沒換過的浴巾每人衹提供一條 水也不敢恭維 泳池地下啥都有 户外還看到了蛇蜕下來的皮（如圖） 思其極恐 更衣櫃裏面更是慘不忍睹（如圖）
3酒店早餐：糊弄 憑房卡每人一個雞蛋 8點半早餐結束8點到的基本就沒啥了
4總結：平時都不評價 都是系統默認 這次忍不了要評價一下 給要去的人蔘考 真是勸退 服務極差 東北經濟不行全是是有原因的

期待的度假心情稀碎，早餐8：30前就沒有了，辦理入住也沒有告知，房間內電吹風，刮鬍刀，根本沒有，訂了酒店酒店包含温泉權益，温泉浴場在酒店外邊，去泡温泉要拿房卡跟身份證件，1點30回來説退房晚了，竟然加收100塊錢，放眼望去沒有這樣增加收入的文旅企業吧，不是我不退房，是退房沒有房卡就不讓泡温泉；你們這種服務就是在報譴天物，不好好做運營優化，讓客人對這麼好的温泉水沒有期待，讓消費者對這個地方感到厭惡，再也會去這個破酒店了；

老牌酒店，住的是酒店這邊，設施很老了，衞生一般。衝著温泉來的，也就將就了。幾乎無服務，聯通信號也沒有，wifi很弱。早餐也就吃飽吧，還需要自己把盤子送回。一股國營老企業味道。
除了温泉水好，也就沒什麼了。

温泉不錯，水很好，泡着舒服。周圍有大片的樹林，空氣清新。
泡池數量有點少，面積也有限，缺少娛樂型和按摩型的。
晚上水温適合，早上水温偏熱有些燙人。每人衹給一條毛巾。
房間整潔，床偏硬，而且被褥有些薄，半夜會感到冷。Wi-Fi網速基本沒有。
早餐管飽，鹹菜種類豐富，豆漿極稀，沒有牛奶。
總之，硬件設施還有很大的提升空間。主打一個高性價比。

感覺服務越來越差，自己拿了一瓶紅酒，忘帶紅酒起子了，問餐廳借餐廳説沒有，無奈在餐廳買了兩瓶啤酒後，才把起子借給我們！泡温泉期間，我們的房間進去人了，把衞生間給弄的很臟，協商給換了一個房間！
