All the staff were very welcoming. Facilities and decor were elegantly stylish with a nod to the history of the property. The location was superb, quiet and with a view of Schloss Neuschwanstein in the distance. Free bus tickets for the town next were a nice perk.

The hotel is conveniently located, clean, and beautiful. The staff are very helpful. It's very good. Although I checked in late, the staff did not help me solve the problem impatiently.

a beautiful hotel. The room is clean with a bathtub. Parking is free. The location is close to the main train station. Staff is friendly and accommodating. We had a lovely day there. I have to recommend this hotel
