The swimming pool is closed for maintenance in winter, and the entire hotel has few entertainment facilities and is rather deserted, so the room prices are slightly higher.

環境：五星酒店的標準，大堂、早餐廳、走廊、房間的軟硬裝都很不錯 服務：酒店內隨處碰到的服務人員都很熱情，主動幫忙卸行李、引路、開電梯，遇到問題也積極解決 衞生：挺好 設施： 空調沒有暖風，春節幾天挺冷的，幸好送來了暖風機；洗澡水也不夠熱

這家環境真的好，不管是親朋好友聚會還是公司團建都是不二選擇。而我最要感謝的是我筆記本電腦失而復得。原因是我家的筆記本電腦在飛無人機時忘記了拿，擺在大廳外面。回到昆明後發現遺失，打電話給酒店，前台耐心幫我們記錄，網上填完申請。發了順豐快遞📦，隨後我便收到了電腦。太感謝了！假如換了其他酒店估計找不到了。客房服務也是超級贊👍🏻，見面主動打招呼，真正做到了微笑服務。要💓愛死這家寶藏店鋪了，以後會經常來的。

房間衞生整潔乾淨，裝修豪華，設施比較齊全，環境跟優美，服務態度非常好，很安靜空氣新鮮酒店有很多遊樂設施！
