酒店在同程上訂了，過去前台説看不懂訂單，讓我自己看，讓我交100按金，掃他們酒店前台收款碼，錢交了，説沒收到，還讓我再交一次，給她看付款記錄硬説她沒收到讓我再付一次，怎麼説都不通，最後還是叫派出所民警過來才給我退錢，民警沒來的時候讓退錢那是一分不想退，沒見過這種酒店服務態度，民警來了還説衹退給我按金，不退我在同程訂房的錢，還是在民警的幫助下最後才把錢全部退給我，房也沒住成時間也給耽誤了，真的非常氣憤！
