星程酒店位置在阜新市中心解放廣場旁邊交通十分方便，附近有新瑪特大潤發，離萬達也不遠。我們是一路向北過路到達阜新市選擇的這家酒店，停車也很方便，前方有許多停車位，非常適合自駕出遊，冬天暖氣給的也很足優秀。

房間到是挺寬敞；住的是北面的房間！不知道怎麼回事，從進屋就聞着有一股油煙味！最後下樓看了，估計是他們自己的廚房做飯搞出來的油煙味！他們的餐廳在一樓。大堂裏始終有一股油煙味！估計他們自己人都習慣了；夜裡有開空調的，外機很亂人；窗户也關不上，我是喝酒了喝多了！不然我得找前台要求換房間。差評

早餐竟然是塑料餐盒，問酒店為什麼，説因為最近住了很多孩子，他們為了方便。這個理由太説不過去了，因為接待了一個團隊的孩子就影響其他入住人的體驗。實在説不過去。煎蛋麪條區域都不開了。牛奶貌似兑水了。就算為了接待一個團隊的孩子，就不給這個團隊好好做早餐。酒店太讓人失望。晚上房間很吵。

堅持無煙房管理，同檔次酒店因為無煙房和位置選擇這家酒店。可以安排夜燈，床頭燈可以更柔和一些。聲控系統很讓人在這個價位酒店裡找到科技感。

説實話真的很滿意，酒店服務也很好，前台的人説話很温柔很客氣，而且一直是雙手接東西遞東西，就這種小細節就很令人感動，退房之後發現戒指忘拿了，而且着急趕車，酒店工作人員很快就幫我拿下來了，我成功趕上客車！酒店環境也很不錯，窗户隔音也不錯，床品很乾凈，易過敏體質沒怎麼過敏，枕頭也很舒服，對頸椎很友好，離考試的地方很近！希望下次還能入住！也希望下次入住是因為要來面試啦！祝好！
