門口就可以停車，停車位也很多，非常nice總體很漂亮，是個令人放鬆的地方

3號下午辦理入住前台沒有告知我房間有任何問題，等我晚上辦完事回來休息的時候發現房間嗆人的消毒水味還有不明的蟲叫，一次性的物品茶葉是開包的還沒有用的木梳上還殘留了頭髮，打電話給前台來的是房掃，告知我下午她們對地毯進行了消殺，我提出要更換房間，告訴我哪個房間都消殺了消蟲子的沒有毒，我説有蟲子叫説哪個房間都一樣不給我更換房間，大晚上了來的還是歲數挺大的長者我們合計忍一晚上，結果這個蟲子從我入住開始一直叫到了早上天亮，好不容易蟲子不叫了我們也睡著了，10點剛過我們才睡了3個多小時，門口房掃拿着呼台大聲喧嘩，在另一位男士提醒這屋還有人沒退房後繼續大聲抱怨活多累之類的沒有一點素質，等退房的時候跟前台説明昨晚到現在我的遭遇結果前台打電話跟電話裏説跟她沒關係，得找房掃我就無語了，跟你有沒有關係，你是酒店員工吧，顧客跟你反應問題你當著我的麪打電話説跟你沒關係，這個酒店從上到下，進門的時候不告知，遇到問題了各種説辭不解決，投訴了第一時間想着把自己摘出去，大過年的住酒店沒有別的要求就想休息好，結果衹睡了3個小時消毒水嗆的嗓子直疼還得開高速回家，如果後續有任何不適保留追究的權利

酒店價格不貴，關鍵是去大燕吃飯非常不方便，但是房間地是濕的，然後有很大的醋味。隔音一般，設施有點老，空調製熱不好使。熱水忽冷忽熱，不穩定。

環境衞生還可以，我定的是家庭房，攜程上寫的2張大床，因為是一家4口，就為了找2張大床的酒店多跑了10公里，結果半夜11點多到那辦完入住一看是1張大床+1張單床，跟前台核實，就説寫錯了連句道歉都沒有，還説她幹這麼多年酒店家庭房就是這樣的，我經常一家4口出行，現在很多酒店都有2張大床的家庭房，前台你還真是孤陋寡聞，時間太晚衹能對付一晚，這一晚睡的，比站着還累，對於你寫錯設施必須給！！！差評！！！
