衞生：問題有很多，所有床品及布草均有空洞和油污，衞生間棚頂多處油污、銹跡、牆板當中灰塵非常多，裝修後未做保潔處理，房掃也並未清理等等問題！
環境：生態環境很好，房間有私人寵物（潮🐛蟲），客房窗子隔音不好，窗外行人走路腳步聲清晰可見。
服務：根本沒有，前台接待人員似乎才是上帝。
設施：前邊有所提到，請大家詳細看圖，謹慎預訂！！！

我真不知道好評都是哪來的 圖片跟實物不符合 廁所不大點 洗浴跟水池子在一起，大蟲子一進門就打死兩衹，不是半夜下高速真的換地方！隔音巨差 巨差！！！開始開了間在室外門口前台態度差不愛給調換！在內蒙草原住的都比這隔音好，隔壁咳嗽都能聽到！！ 避雷！就想知道好評都是怎麼來的（給我開的一樓的房間，可能二樓的好？？）

這是一家相當於快捷經營方式的酒店。房間的乾淨衞生程度還可以。一般商務出差旅遊就可以了。前台服務人員説話比較沖。可能東北女人説話都是這氣勢吧。酒店周圍環境一般出門就是大馬路。開車比較方便。這家酒店的早餐還可以。

旅行途中經過阜新東天已晚，我們隨機在攜程上訂了瑞東大酒店，入住後比較滿意，性價比高，別看價格不貴，但應提供的衞生設施一樣也不少。尤其是賓館提供的自助早餐真心不錯，食品種類多可選擇餘地大，同行的家人都很滿意。

住宿的是瑞東賓館，我們開車到了後直奔酒店，前台告訴我們不是這裏，在隔壁！又拖着箱子跑到隔壁（旁邊也有兩個小姐姐和我們一樣），至少要給大家説清楚吧！房間不錯！衞生很好！十一點多樓下還有人大聲説話，前台答覆是院子裏燒烤的他們無權干涉！無語！
