很不錯的體驗，前台服務很好很滿意👍，酒店環境很好乾凈整潔，裝修大氣簡約舒適，還有送的爆米花🍿喝奶茶🥤，味道很不錯的，早餐也很豐盛就是味道差點意思，不過還是挺不錯的，客房大姐人也替代的好，都超級熱情❤️🔥，來阜陽入住的首選酒店🏨，絕對物超所值，推薦

經常來阜陽出差，每次都會選擇他家酒店，不光價格划算，可最主要服務很暖心，而且新開的，房間設備都是新的比較齊全，冬天天氣比較冷，酒店會提前詢問入住要求，還會提打開空調，真的很暖心，到酒店入住的時候前台小姐姐給送了一杯熱水，瞬間感覺暖心，這能冷的天一杯熱茶很温馨，真的感覺到回家的温暖，選着住這裏真的很舒服，衞生乾淨，環境好，周邊還有公園球場，出行比較方便，最主要服務沒話講，每次來都會首選這家酒店！

第一：酒店的位置非常好，離城市最繁華熱鬧的地方衹有大概十幾二十分鐘的時間。酒店也提供了非常好的服務，讓我在出行方面非常便捷。第二：酒店周邊也有很多景點，特色的餐廳，感受城市氣息非常的棒。阜陽的博物館真的很不錯，值得一去！打電話到前台時工作人員都非常的有耐心，講解當地好玩的、好吃的，這次阜陽之旅非常愉快，有機會還是會選擇伯爵世家酒店。

已經不是第一次來了，房間乾淨整潔，設施都很齊全。前台小姐姐每次都很熱情。我是中午到酒店的，剛好趕上了酒店的下午茶，坐在餐廳，喝喝茶，吃吃點心，看看風景，愜意的時光～～給我開的房間背靠小區，很安靜，可以美美的睡上一覺，精神充沛的去工作。以後肯定會繼續選擇這家酒店的。

酒店位於阜陽市雙清灣水街附近。房間很好，設施完備。店面員工服務質量高，態度細緻認真，熱情有活力。酒店入住感不錯，設施設備也很齊全，點的外賣都是機器人遞送到房間。酒店離附近的商場也很近。服務員個個都很熱情，前台小姐姐服務周到還給我們指引了近路。晚上還熱情的詢問我們要不要吃夜宵，真的很貼心。早上退房前台美女送了兩瓶免費礦泉水。酒店服務非常貼心用心，房間佈置温馨，睡覺很舒服，衞生間一次性用品都是消毒後獨立包裝，房間面積也很大，休息很安靜。總之，衞生無可挑剔真得很乾凈，我連攜帶的一次性床單都沒用上，服務隨叫隨到！退房還可以寄存行李，贊！！！

服務超級好，前台不同時間值班的幾個小姐姐説話超有禮貌，而且很貼心，F特別是我落下了東西小姐姐專門致電告知並寄回，環境很棒，室內環境也不錯，性價比高，下次還會選這裏。衞生條件很好，房間乾淨整潔，被褥床單非常乾淨，房間不僅整體乾淨，細節方面打掃的也是一絲不苟，比如不起眼的角落，置物架等都非常的乾淨，沒有灰塵，酒店乾淨整潔，服務也超級好，熱情周到，各種幫我們提供我們需要用的東西，周圍也很方便，地理位置很好，衞生乾淨整潔，位置優越，交通便利，停車場免費。
