這家酒店房屋設計別緻，非常浪漫、愜意、舒適，很適合獨自夫妻度假、親子游、獨自出差等居住，他家衞生條件好，現在很多酒店的地毯不知道鋪了多久沒認真打掃過，他家木地板+地磚設計就非常好，再加上他家緊鄰萬達廣場，出行、購物方便，最最重要的是還體貼的送果盤，太讚了

此次因家中設宴匆忙返鄉，下榻羅蘭酒店，一家新開張的酒店，諸多細節印象深刻。酒店的接送服務讓我印象最深，特別要感謝第一天前往車站接我的工作人員，直至今日離店時才驚悉，那位貼心熱忱、忙前忙後的竟是酒店店長，這般親力親為實在難得。
如今阜陽發展日新月異，身為服務行業從業者的我，深知在當下大環境中堅守“賓客至上”理念的不易，而羅蘭酒店無疑做到了極致。晚上還有免費的歡迎零食，瞬間拉近了與客人的距離。

這個價位入住新酒店真的超出預期！酒店提供的免費接站/送站服務太方便了，出發前就接到司機大哥的電話確認行程，態度很好，車輛乾淨舒適。
前台服務更是滿分！辦理入住時工作人員笑容親切，主動介紹了酒店設施和周邊美食，還貼心幫我們升級了房型，每次路過前台都會熱情打招呼。
雖然臨近馬路，但晚上完全聽不到噪音。性價比這麼高的酒店還能保持如此細緻的服務，下次一定會再選擇這裏！
距離萬達和美食街很近，步行幾分鐘即可到達。

先説優點，新，風格好，設計好，備品好，提供接送站服務，能看得出來老闆想經營好的決心。
再説缺點首先這個酒店新裝修，房間味道有點大，其次前台工作人員的業務還得練，反應問題也是你愛住不住反正我就這樣的態度，房間電話就是個呼叫器，並且滋滋的響聽不到聲音，客房工作人員布草車亂擺（我看之前有差評提過，還沒有改），房間裏面連個行李架都沒有，頂燈也缺，連紗窗都沒有，淋浴間滲水，更離譜的是7樓有風機的嗡嗡響，聲音非常大，嚴重影響睡眠，早餐可能去的早沒開面檔，就一個廚師在廚房煎蛋，問有沒有麪條就很不耐煩説旁邊那麼多菜還不夠嘛，雖然是新酒店但是很多細節衞生不到位，設施設備也都沒有好好保養，電梯天花板全是灰塵，電動門吱吱響，小度無法關聯空調，石英台質量不好已經被茶水侵染，走廊地毯臟，提供的飲用水很好，但是給的茶包卻是感覺像80年代賓館供應的，客房沒有袋裝咖啡，還有所謂的大床就是兩張小床拼的上面再鋪一張薄薄的保護墊而且一高一低中間還有大大的縫隙，投影儀無法看電視節目，需要提高的地方太多了，一手好牌打得稀爛，沒給差評是希望酒店會越來越好

回國探親預訂的，房間設備還有酒店服務都超出預期優秀。小巧精緻，智能化設備，前台工作人員熱情周到。有投影設備可以窩在房間看電影，出門步行可以去萬達。酒店還有免費提供的咖啡茶水，現磨的咖啡非常好喝！下次回國還會選擇入住

非常非常滿意！頭一天跟工作人員預約了接站，師傅準時到了，我們火車晚點了也耐心等待，非常感謝！地理位置很好對面就是萬達，房間乾淨整潔沒有異味，有智能馬桶智能窗簾外賣機器人，很方便！晚上也沒有別的房間的聲音隔音不錯！愉快的入住體驗～！

房間整體衞生還可以 改善：1.淋雨間下水口有頭髮 2.鏡子和水龍頭有水漬 3.早餐無飲品（例如：豆漿、牛奶、咖啡）建議可以把早餐品質提高一點 費用算在房費上都是可以的 早餐食物無標識 必須要打開才可以知道里麪是什麼 品種少 4.電梯沒有標識 例如：早餐、洗衣房的標識。
