房間非常出乎我的意外 ，很乾凈 ，沒有異味，設施齊全，有需要一聲小度就解決了 ，房間房型看着還挺多下次還會光顧，前台以及其他工作人員都非常熱情，看到我拿着行李還主動幫我拎，最後説一句前台門口的月季好好看😻

無意中訂到了這家超級好的酒店！雖然訂了一個比較小的房型，但房間裏設備設施都很齊全，衞生處理感覺非常到位，房間也沒有異味，前台服務態度也很好，總體居住體驗感滿分！非常值得推薦！！另外提一嘴感覺酒店綠化也做得不錯，花花草草都被養得很好，看着就讓人心情愉悦！

酒店各方面都超出我的預期，環境衞生乾淨整潔，設備設施完善且很新，看得出來是這兩年新裝修過的，因為訂的榻榻米房型滿了前台還給升級了一個房型，服務到位，酒店的花園餐廳也很有特色。

從硬件設施上來看，無論是客房還是餐廳，都花了心思的，住宿很舒適，房間裏配了四瓶水，內部的軟裝也捨得投入，早餐也不錯。
不過，這也是我們自駕雲南一個月以來，第一次在住酒店時如此不愉快。前台請了一個能言善辯、爭強好勝，還會用方言埋汰客户的女員工。開門做生意講究和氣生財，做服務更是要懂得理解和尊重客户，更何況我們提出的質疑有理有據、合情合理，並非胡攪蠻纏。
店長到底是見過世面的，安保的同事也是懂得人情世故的，懂得服務為本的道理，問題得以及時且滿意的解決。我們很感謝，沒有讓我們在寒冷的冬夜，在這個陌生的地方再去找酒店。

房間很大，本來定的另一棟樓的，但是沒電梯離洗衣房也遠就升級了一個房型，入住之後前台還會送來兩碗熱的白糖粥，冬天有被暖到，房間空調也給力，還有熱水也很給力！

房間乾淨，舒適，價格合理。對於房間還是很滿意的，但是還是想提幾點。
大堂小姐姐很不容易，大冷天，大堂前後的門總敞開着，她們衹能穿着羽絨服值守崗位，尤其是後門是一直敞開着的，對於等待辦理入住的客人來説也很冷。還有就是早餐，雞蛋新鮮度要提高一下，檔口員工普通話理解能力要提高，不要辣和不要啦，要能分辨清楚。
