The rooms are clean and tidy, making this the best guesthouse in Koktokay. The hotel food is excellent; when they heard we wanted to have a barbecue, they specially set up a grill for us outside. The service is thoughtful, and they genuinely consider guests' needs. They even provided an extra room for free when they learned there were four of us and our original accommodation wouldn't be convenient. Many thanks!

Stayed for 3 days, and on the first day, I went to their coffee shop. Just as advertised online, the view was absolutely stunning, and the service was excellent. The breakfast had great variety, with both Chinese and Western options available. Mu Zi at the front desk even made us hot lattes, which was a very thoughtful touch.

We stayed here during the Chinese New Year and saw the fireworks, which were really beautiful. The scenery of the hotel can be said to be unbeatable in Keketuohai. I have stayed in many hotels in Keke, and I feel that only the scenery of this hotel is the best. I really recommend it. I can lie on the bed and watch the sunrise on Jinshan Mountain. It is also the closest hotel to the ski resort. It is really convenient that the B&B has both Western and Chinese food. If you don't want to go to town, you can ask the hotel to help you bring your things (the service is really great). When I first arrived, I was a little frustrated to see that there was no elevator, but I found that the housekeeper helped to move the luggage up and down, which was really great. I didn't have to do it myself. Every day when I came back, the housekeepers would take the initiative to help put the snowboards. The ski resort bus would also stop at the door of the B&B. If you don't want to take the bus, the housekeeper at the front desk will help you contact the carpool, which is great. You don't have to worry about it yourself. Just tell the front desk the time you want to leave for the ski resort. It's really super convenient.

The environment is good, the room is clean, the first floor lobby cafe takes pictures, and the bathroom is easy to use. The front desk butler service is also very good. If you have any questions, you can chat in the group and the butler will respond in time. There is also Sichuan cuisine in the store. The big plate chicken is very large, the portion is sufficient, and the dishes are delicious.

Very good stay experience, several housekeepers are warm and thoughtful, help take the luggage to the room as soon as you get off the car! The bedding is clean, the drinks and water in the refrigerator are refreshed every day, there is a snow mountain outside the window, it is also very comfortable to lie in the room for an afternoon to bask in the sun! The distance to the ski resort is not far, the front desk housekeeper will help to contact the carpool and pick up at the door of the homestay, which is very convenient. Opposite is the homestay's cafe, the coffee is delicious, and it is very suitable for checking in on a sunny day☀️
