第一次去可可，在眾多酒店民宿中選擇了這一家，直接超出了我的預期，在剛入住的時候發生了一些誤會，解決時態度很好且迅速給出瞭解決方案，入住4天每天酒店的皮卡子雪場隨時接送，感覺不像是服務人員，更像是一個團隊在圍繞着你服務，每個人都佩戴對講機隨時協調，隨時幫助客户解決需求，每天我們都會去鎮裏吃飯，也是隨時接送，解決了一切交通顧慮。房間整潔乾淨，恆温，窗外就是雪山。早餐種類不算多樣但是很舒服！以後去可可的選擇就是這一家了，再説一點酒店的單板教練小帥哥免費跟我們滑了一天帶我們打卡了小狼王，期間一直在等我們，非常感謝！服務人員感覺也跟朋友一樣，讓我們此次可可之旅非常開心！

房間生活用品的品質十分講究，空間特別大，燈光佈局特別貼心，適合對居住環境要求較高的朋友。庭院裏還有露天室外温泉，滑雪完後，在雪天中泡澡的體驗也衹有他們家能提供。他們家提供的服務挺齊全的，接機，滑雪接送，早餐特別好吃，餐廳提供的各大菜系的菜單絕對能安撫你的胃口。老闆也是個滑雪愛好者，民宿還有滑雪道具租賃。如果想要深度遊玩，這家會提供很靠譜的服務

房間寬敞，而且能夠置物的空間合適。如果衞生間能有更多可掛東西的桿或者掛鈎就更好了。需要掛個換洗衣物、毛巾、洗漱包等，現在就基本平攤在枱面上。另外衞生間裏，衞生紙的位置夠着有點費勁，而且衞生紙架上門已經放了東西。馬桶旁邊其實應該有個小平台，衞生紙架上面可以，單獨的類似現在公共衞生間的手機架也可以。其實不是為了放手機，而是需要放比如衞生巾……衞生間還有大亮點：淋浴間的暖風！房間並沒有普遍寒冷地區那種過熱的暖氣，屋裡並不燥熱。所以也達不到當天洗的衣物（比如滑雪面罩）第二天早上就幹了這種程度。但是淋浴間有暖風，打開“吹風”和“取暖”，淋浴間就爆改成烘乾房，有需要第二天就得穿用的衣服可以掛在淋浴間，第二天暖烘烘的，包乾！
早餐不錯～就是粵式蒸點系列能不能天天有～～
所有工作人員都特別熱情！服務超級nice！住宿拉羣，有事羣裏問很快就有回覆很方便。寄雪具啊、約車啊什麼的都在羣裏説。篝火晚會那天晚上民宿員工團建烤串，還分到了羊肉串和牛肉串，同樂同樂～我最後一天去騎馬才想起來這次出門沒帶防曬霜（想着來滑雪，面罩雪鏡頭盔全方位物理防曬），去找前台小姐姐一問，小姐姐直接掏出自己的防曬給我。救大命了！
民宿有車可以直接接送雪場，去鎮上吃飯購物也可以接送。不用擔心住村裡不方便。
民宿有小程序，比如在餐廳可以在小程序提前訂餐。接機的時候就掃碼這個小程序，帶了就能吃上飯。
優點亮點真的好多好多！下次來可可還住這裏！

村上雪景很美，房間很寬敞，放兩個雪板包還有餘地，太適合雪友一大堆裝備的需求啦！每一扇窗户都取了雪景，設計很用心，坐在床邊看書喝茶很nice,裝修簡約實木很有質感，非常喜歡這樣親近自然的小木屋！床品 毛巾柔軟親膚，洗護用的歐舒丹，舒適放心！教練開車帶我們去滑雪，教學簡單易懂，快速調整了滑行姿態，讓練習更加有效。住宿 餐飲 教練都挺好，強烈推薦塔拉特村初雪滑雪俱樂部，讓我們有限的假期衹管享受滑雪樂趣

酒店位於額河第一村，離可可託海景區很近。老闆服務態度很好，主動給房間升級了，並贈送果盤。冬天過來滑雪的話，還要住這個酒店。
