衞生不錯，尤其床品和浴巾很乾凈，這點必須點贊！但是服務和設施比較欠缺，辦理入住地方和入住地點並不在一起，到一個樓前台辦理入住，去另一個樓入住，然後進房間沒有電，給前台打了電話，等很久沒有人搭理，再打電話不接，求助平台後才來了服務員，給換了另一個房間，沒有絲毫歉意，進房間，發現馬桶座圈是壞的，馬桶沖水，水會噴上來，不想折騰麻煩了，最不滿意房間是邊户，挨着樓梯，外邊上下樓梯，半夜來客人聽的一清二楚。

房間裝修的很新，乾淨衞生安靜，環境好，有洗衣機。還安裝了電梯，第一次看到電梯開門是L型的。看來以前蘇聯專家的房子條件很好。開房效率很高。

酒店位置比較遍遠，去可可托海景區要15分鐘車程，而且附近只有一間職工餐廳，另有幾間小賣部，新改裝，地方清潔，自架可以，有好大停車場

房間乾淨整潔，周圍環境很好，場院很寬大，停車場在院子裏，車位充足。院子裏還有餐飲攤點，晚上燒烤。酒店位置很好，離幾個景點開車距離都不遠。

環境、衛生、設施大致都還算不錯，電梯樓似乎還在整修，居然沒有電燈，西曬的房間白天非常熱，沒有空調，不過服務人員會想辦法協助解決。
