酒店就在文昌裏，到小戲台和中心廣場都很近。本來一天就夠了，文昌裏景區不大，很多商家也沒開門，民宿很大，現在淡季，遊客比較少，服務還挺到位的，續房還是大房間，就多住了一天，修整一下。

房子乾淨，周邊環境也好，尤其到了晚上景區裏打卡的地方真是燈光美輪美奐，停車也很方便，關鍵是老闆家工作人員很好，孩子走的時候忘記拿手錶，雖不值錢可孩子喜歡，沒有給丟掉，感謝老闆告知還幫忙寄回來，很不錯，環境舒適，總體好評！

一家人自駕遊路過撫州路，住在這裏。房東老闆很熱情，回覆很快，還給景區遊玩推薦攻略，民宿位置也很好找，附近有停車位停車比較方便，主要客房裡衞生整潔，物品全新的，我們5個人住的很舒適，非常推薦很多住這裏

前台服務態度很好 提前聯繫我，還到停車場接我，走過來也就50米的路，民宿在景區裏面，房間空間很大也乾淨 街區還有表演，幾個必打卡的景點都在附近 走幾分鐘就到了，我去的早 還拍了照，找了一家旅拍店，出片效果絕絕子！👍 下次有機會還選擇她們家入住

提前與民宿聯繫，告知停車場，離民宿不遠還免費。寵物友好。謝謝店員小姑娘把行李拎上樓（無電梯）。在景區裏很方便，廣場邊有飯店服務態度一般上菜慢，晚7-9點廣場有羣眾參與活動有點吵，結束就安靜了不影響睡眠。整個景區其實面積不小。推薦。

因為回家高速堵車中途下來歇腳，找了好幾個酒店最終定下這家民宿，沒有讓我們失望，在鬧市的步行街景區中，上下2層樓上有寬敞的大床，下面一層是沙發床正好滿足我們一家四口對床和好睡眠的需要。因為入住晚錯過好看的夜景，第二天用了早餐後就在周邊溜達非常方便，我們對撫州的印象極好，文昌裏的熱鬧人間煙火氣以及文化氛圍讓我們在那裡多逗留了半天。前台的接待小姐姐很親切服務也很周到，期待下次再來體驗！

房間安排的很大，整體的格局温馨舒適，民宿就在景區內，停車很方便，還是免費的。旁邊的打卡景點步行就能直達，特別方便。推薦（๑＞◡＜๑）👍🏻

位於景區中心位置，樓下樓上的安全性很好。
室內兩層，樓上大床，樓下沙發床可摺疊可展開，樓下有寫字桌。且寵物友好，80/衹清潔費可接受。
景區晚上關門後，可出來散步，體驗很好。
廣場活動時候會有些喧鬧。適合夜貓。
春節期間每日也有演出。推薦。
