Staying at this hotel was such a pleasant surprise during our trip! The lady at the front desk has a super sweet smile, the room design is very stylish, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer a panoramic view of the city night view. The smart toilet + smart customer control is so considerate, and the softness and hardness of the mattress perfectly saved my old waist! It is worth everyone's experience.

其次，早餐太豐盛了！餐廳提供的自助早餐種類非常豐富，從中式的熱粥、點心、麪條到西式的麪包、沙拉、煎蛋一應俱全，還有新鮮水果和本地特色小吃，味道也很好，一天的美好能量從這裏開始。

第一次入住這樣的酒店，很好奇是如何評上4星級的，連最基本洗浴的乾濕分離都做不到，還是用的最原始的蹲便，像集裝箱一樣的廁所，門檻也很高，地板也是非常滑的材質，站在蹲坑裡洗澡，還要擔心滑倒。更離譜的這個設計的水流根本流不乾淨，廁所地面一直有水，開着暖風吹了半天依舊都是積水，洗手間根本就沒法使用，小心翼翼走進生怕滑倒，衹能説長點心吧，年紀大的腿腳不便的莫住。還有就是酒店之前應該公寓改過來的，房間裏面的洗衣機下水管都沒有處理好，直倒黴味，反饋給客房阿姨，人家也承認了，卻來了一個**沖沖的主管説這個一點味道也沒有，還有就是酒店的區別論，電梯裏打着幌子廣告第一次來訪的客户都可以提供接送，諮詢前台就是要你取消訂單，重新下單補差價才可以，呵呵，合著是這麼引流的是吧，第一次見一個所謂4星酒店提供這麼拉垮的服務。
設施：設施很差，連電視都沒有，不要扯這是什麼特價房型，這個是基礎設施應該有的配備，就連小旅館都有吧。
環境：快捷酒店公寓房型的環境，二樓還是什麼桌球廳，進出的人魚龍混雜。
服務：部分年輕前台服務態度還行，整體服務水平真的很拉垮，給你的感覺就是請加錢。
衞生：床單上還有沒有清潔乾淨的污漬，牆面也是部分臟的地方，房角都是黑色的飛蟲
