老闆娘為人很好，賓館就在撫河旁邊，坐在窗前可以看到撫河水，喜歡打麻將，有麻將機，喜歡打牌有撲克，景區過河就到了，非常方便！

交通比較方便，離長途汽車站大概1.5公里，周邊吃飯的點也還不少，衞生條件相對不錯，服務態度挺好的，性價比還比較高，就是硬件設施很陳舊古老，電視機都不能用，普通工薪層出差還可以。
