周邊是商場，吃飯購物方便。
服務很差，一上來就要好評，訂單上有房型積分升級的，老闆剛開始裝聽不懂，又問我哪個平台訂的，升級就是同一房間二層換到一層。又説給我提早入住了，都12點多了，訂單上本身就提早4小時，10點後入住的。瓶裝水要自己去服務枱拿。又説一堆理由，如果水放房間會浪費，本身房費不高，聽着很不舒服。
床單有三個紅點，叫老闆給換床單，老闆又説一堆，意思是床單都是洗過的但是洗不掉，不願換。不願換床單，但是又説可以換房？或退房？我都入住了，床上都動過了，換房和換床單哪個方便？
又説一套床單幾百塊，不可能扔了，我沒叫你扔床單呀，我是要換乾淨整潔的床單，你洗不乾淨，就要找好的洗滌公司。
所以根本沒法溝通，老闆自説自話，認吃虧吧！
老闆一直急着要走，我説試一下房門鑰匙好不好用，密碼鎖好不好用，沒試完就急着走，就一句有問題微信聯繫。

衞生：還可以，就是桌子有點灰如圖5
總體挺不錯，投影儀可以投屏，有洗衣機，樓下就是商場和夜市非常方便。順便去看了眼七十多塊錢的那間特價房，感覺也挺好的，如果衹是應付一晚的話可以訂那個小房間。
唯一點不好就是樓下的廣場有兩撥人跳廣場舞，晚上7點到9點這個時間段會很吵，夜裡倒是比較安靜的。

加了點錢升級大床房，真的好很多。來福州玩有什麼不懂的問老闆都會耐心給你解答，該説不説酒店老顧客好多，太早過來基本是沒有房間，老闆天天滿房。祝老闆生意一如既往的好，下次過來還會到這裏住。

小是真的小，但是該有的東西都有，老闆服務也很好，東西忘記拿了還會幫忙郵寄。
一個人住挺舒服的，兩個人的話建議訂大床房更舒適一些。
