設施：非常齊全，冰箱洗衣機都有，每天都有及時補充一次性毛巾和礦泉水
衞生：很乾凈，剛進來的時候已經整的很好了
環境：周圍是辦公區cbd ，晚上不吵，房間膈音也很棒，底下就有711，很方便，交通離地鐵站也很近
服務：小姐姐很熱心，回消息也很快，很周到

避雷！避雷！嚴重避雷！！
環境：這家所謂旅館是在一個商住兩用居民樓裏，位置特別難找，沒有門樓指示
服務：沒有可以面對面溝通的前台客服，到了樓下才得打電話問客服，需要加一個人的微信詢問具體房間是什麼號，他們還直接索要身份證照片來登記，才會給房間的密碼，有不合規的嫌疑！
設施：一開門就把我震驚到了，竟然要爬特別高的一段樓梯才能到達，而且特別的陡峭，原來是把一個小兩層樓左右割開形成了兩個房間，樓梯口就特別危險，商家真會賺錢啊！
毛巾沒有循環利用的，提供的一次性毛巾薄得像紙一樣不吸水，衹會粘在皮膚上，根本擦不幹身體！
床特別硬，好像就是綳子牀板蓋了薄薄的墊單，簡直就是幾十塊小旅館的配置吧！
服務：發現上述雷點之後馬上和客服反映要求提前退房一晚，我在五一節前花了差不多600元兩晚，但店家竟然衹退5月3日降價後的235元，敢情店家也知道自己賣不出去了，還要揪着吃到嘴裏的不吐出來？即使攜程平台客服去和店家溝通，也被強硬地掛了電話，簡直是牛得上天了，後來還是平台補足了差價
攜程平台應該好好查查這是什麼店，再複查下各項資質，設施安全性、客户個人訊息保護都做到位了嗎？就是這樣來開店的？

房東非常好。親切友善還很漂亮。民宿位子非常好。設備完善。唯一一個問題就是自己沒有注意不是無煙房。房間煙味比較重。若是需要住宿的朋友可以詢問房東在做安排。
