説實話，房東真的很用，衞生也非常乾淨，所問必答，最主要是樓下全是小攤根本餓不着，房間特別乾淨，而且超級方便，基本要求房中全做的，説實話，第一次覺得民宿這麼舒服的，感謝老闆，真的有一種回家的感覺

房間很乾凈，東西擺放的很整齊，讓人感覺温馨和舒適。床單被套有太陽曬過的味道。燒飯洗衣都很方便！離地鐵很近，出行特方便！

導航做的很精準，很快就找到了！在小區大門有個熱心的大媽，還幫我們開了門。房間很乾凈，明亮，也很温馨，客廳我們6個人坐也不擁擠。民宿小區西門就有臚雷地鐵站，地面就是福州南站，出行特方便。阿姨還幫我們送門禁卡！五星好評！

房子很漂亮，小朋友非常喜歡，而且房東也很熱情，第二天還幫我找房。我們家孩子的娃娃忘在房間，房東主動幫忙找到並寄回，非常推薦她們家的房子，所有房型都很不錯。

離福州南站很近，步行不到十分鐘。離地鐵站在附近，很方便遊玩！房東很乾凈，住的很舒服！百寸投影，追劇超爽！外賣可以送到房間門口，樓下還有小吃，吃也方便！

房子離福州南站很近，當天到達福州的時間有點晚定這家民宿真的很方便，房間很温馨，床也挺軟的，住了兩晚，坐地鐵去景點也很方便。入住體驗感不錯。
