Knowing that we needed laundry service, we were told to hang our clothes on the door handle. The staff would arrange time to wash and dry them before hanging them on the door handle. Before leaving, the boss knew that we needed to travel and personally gave us a bottle of mineral water for us to use on the road. We were very satisfied.

The guy at the front desk provided very good service and met my needs. It was my first time to stay and I felt very good. I recommend more people to stay here when they come to Fuzhou🤪🤪. The hygiene is very good, towels are packed in bags, the sofa can be turned into a bed, and the facilities are complete, especially the hair dryer is very easy to use!

There are three Modern Crown hotels in Fuzhou. The taxi driver sent me to the wrong hotel, so I had to take a taxi. When I walked into the hotel, my eyes lit up. Although the lobby was not big, it was very clean and bright, with sofas and big tables. There are tea sets and cups on it, so you can sit and drink tea. The staff was very enthusiastic and poured a cup of jasmine tea with a light and elegant fragrance. The room I checked in was next to the road. I was worried about whether it would be noisy because the hotel had not been open for a long time. I was worried about the smell, but there was no smell when I entered the room. Although the room was not big, it was very clean, well-organized, and had all the necessary facilities. Especially the bathroom was very comfortable to take a shower. There was a sound when the window was open, but there was no sound when I closed the window at night. The bedding was very comfortable and the quilt was dry. I had a good night's sleep. Check-out was at noon. Knowing that I had to catch the train, the staff asked me to bring milk bread and oranges to eat on the road. When the car came, they helped me put my suitcase in the car. They were very considerate. I feel warm in my heart and will stay here again next time I go to Fuzhou. It is very convenient to go to surrounding attractions.
