Fuzhou Mawei Free Trade Zone Oriental City Yaduo Hotel

Staying at the Atour Hotel in Mawei Free Trade Zone is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, no doubt about it. From check-in to check-out, the experience was extremely bad. I strongly recommend that you avoid this place. 1. The soundproofing is ridiculously poor, and the hotel handled it perfunctorily: On the first night, I was unable to sleep because of the noise from the next room. After I reported it to the hotel, I waited for a full half hour before the noise was alleviated. What's even more outrageous is that after we finally calmed down, the hotel called at around 11 o'clock in the evening and said they would send us earplugs. It is unthinkable to wake up a child who has just fallen asleep. 2. The room was not cleaned at all and the hotel was perfunctory and evasive: The next morning before leaving, I specifically asked someone to clean the room, but when I came back in the evening, I found that the room had not been cleaned at all. As shown in the picture. The most unacceptable thing is the hotel's attitude towards room cleaning issues. The room was obviously not cleaned, the bed was messy, the garbage was not cleared, and the table was messy, but the person in charge of the hotel insisted that "it had been cleaned, but not thoroughly", and even stated with confidence that he could retrieve surveillance evidence. However, the so called "cleaning" was just replenishing coffee and tea bags in the room, not even a bottle of water. This perfunctory attitude is unbelievable and completely inconsistent with the service standards expected of a regular hotel. I have stayed in many hotels, but this is the first time I have encountered such an operation that "not cleaned" is said to be "cleaned". 4. About post-event communication: After my stay, the hotel manager contacted me and asked me to cancel the order on the Ctrip platform and pay the room fee through WeChat transfer instead, and promised to give me a 20% discount. I declined the offer, reserving my right to make a factual assessment. Hotels seem to always be focused on avoiding bad reviews rather than truly improving the guest experience. It is disgraceful that they are trying to interfere with my right to review by offering a discount. The Ctrip platform has given corresponding compensation for my experience and stated that it will hold the Atour Hotel accountable and take punitive measures. Summary: Mawei Atour Hotel has poor sound insulation, poor hygiene, poor service, and poor environment, and does not meet the standards of a normal hotel at all. The room rate of 2,000 for two nights is totally inconsistent with the living experience and service. This terrible experience made me completely disappointed with the Atour Hotel brand, and I will never choose to stay there again.

酒店環境非常不錯，新開業的酒店（沒有任何味道）早餐也是非常豐盛，前台小姐姐服務也特別周到，也十分的便利，離火車站10多分鐘的車程，出門可以看到江景，下次體驗一下別的房型，強烈推薦！！

25年新開的酒店，房間沒有一點裝修的味道，酒店前台的服務也很好。在市區和機場的中間距離，周邊也有很多飯店和超市。可惜我忘記拍照片了。
