來接待的是一位可愛的小姑娘，怕我找不到路 一直指引
，住的地方樓下就是購物商店。還有很多賣吃的。晚上還有夜市。出入房間都有門鎖，住的地方隔音沒那麼好。但是有冰箱洗衣機還有二小包洗衣精可以使用。有什麼需求都可以立馬幫忙。很好的住宿體驗。

民宿衞生很乾凈而且敞亮，對面就是火車南站視野很好，想拿個香噴和補充一次性浴巾，老闆也很及時的拿過來了，樓下看電影吃東西買東西都很方便。

酒店位置優越南站正對面，是陽光天地購物中心側樓，吃穿住行一應俱全，出站5分鐘到馬路對面就到了。
房間衞生乾淨，配套設施齊全，視野開闊，南站全景盡收眼底。
老闆娘態度很好，温柔善良，美麗大方，24h在線服務。
是出差旅遊訂房的必選酒店。

住過多次的地方了。之所以到福州就選擇住到這裏的原因是：距離福州南站很近，走路幾分鐘就到了，推開窗就看到車站。樓下購物，吃飯都很方便。
