2、酒店乾淨，設施齊全；
3、保潔員熱情有禮；
4、十天家庭旅遊，這個酒店最滿意；
唯一不足就是停車場離酒店100多米，自駕遊要走一下。

酒店才開業幾個月，用具都是新的，感覺還不錯。位置也好，出門就是公交站，走幾分鐘就到地鐵口。前台小妹妹很可愛，進出都打招呼，很有賓至如歸的感覺。

Newly opened hotel but without unpleasant smell. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Coffee and thirst-quenching drinks are available at the lobby. Breakfast was quite good. Bed was comfortable. Walking distance to Xihu Park. Overall a comfortable stay with a reasonable price. Highly recommended.
