前台服務很好，很熱情，房間的温泉水泡起來很舒服很養人
深夜夜宵（福州撈化）:味道鮮美，花蛤清洗的很乾凈沒有沙子，海蠣、花蛤煮出來即使是幹撈無湯的也沒有腥味，很正宗很地道

第一次來福州，就在網上選擇了這家酒店，果然是物有所值。首先説服務，前台的工作人員很温馨，時刻提醒着我們天氣變化，衣物的添加；其次是環境也非常的不錯，無論是從外邊還是內部，都非常的給力。再次就是房間衞生，總體還是可以的，而且客房服務員也非常的貼心。最後就是裏面的温泉，簡直太棒啦，而且是免費贈送喲，還有健身房。非常滿意，強力推薦！！

非常完美的入住，市中心帶温泉入室入的酒店，房間很大，温泉舒服，離開景區都近，出入方便可以停車。非常完美，前台贈送了早餐，撈化很好吃，

衞生：洗手枱，房間，很多衞生死角，明顯的污漬殘留很膈應，又不是一百多的廉價客棧。。。福州三四百不便宜了，上海物價貴很多，這價格也能保證乾淨。而且下午一兩點回屋，保潔還沒打掃，這時間退房都搞完了。廁所的地漏不防臭，屋裡經常飄來下水道臭味。
設施：公共區域明晃晃擺着建築材料，連類似“施工期間給您帶來不便請諒解”之類標語或遮擋的布也沒，客人來往必經之路上擺着，有小孩的話，這種又重又刺撓的東西，是相當大的安全隱患。健身房衹有一台跑步機還是壞的，等於沒有。電梯裏的時間顯示是2016年的，管理亂七八糟。
服務：態度敷衍，訂房時明確選了3-4人，結果屋內就2個枕頭，打電話讓送，説“要先確認下有沒有枕頭了”。諾大個酒店，連枕頭都沒？是把客人當**，還是酒店窮到這程度了？送上門的工作人員把枕頭遞進門，我弟説了句“謝謝”，對方啥也沒説就走了，態度像是客人欠錢一樣。問前台要個茶包，服務員説“你們檔次的房型是沒有茶包的”。我請問，茶包是什麼貴的東西嗎，攜程用到金鑽，上到五星下到如家漢庭，放個立頓茶包都可以，你這還涉及財務規則了？況且沒有就沒有，也不是啥大事，但出門在外説話要禮貌，普通人都知道，服務業連基本不產生歧義的人話都不會説？
環境：門口沒有無障礙斜坡。優點是房屋面積大，但桌子非常小。總之這次福州體驗最差的就是酒店。

1，酒店位置在市中心區域，臨近五一廣場和南後街，附近有地鐵站，出行是比較方便的
2，房間內有個小泡池，小孩子玩得很開心
3，晚上還有撈化提供料足又鮮，挺不錯
有個建議就是枕頭太高，並且全是一樣的很高的，可以配低些的枕頭。

房間裏就可以泡温泉，而且池子很大，很舒服。房間設施有點老舊了，衞生還可以，酒店位置不錯，出行也挺方便的，有自己的停車場。

臨時定的酒店，是個温泉酒店，位置挺不錯的，離五一廣場很近，前台服務態度很好，及時的解決問題，環境乾淨大氣，衞生間乾濕分離，隔音沒有太好，整體不錯。
