Nice and clean room. Friendly staff and you can use the hotel’s washing machine and dry your clothes on the rooftop free of charge.

Well maintained hotel near the high speed train station. I stayed at this hotel chain in Xining. Rooms cleaned each day. They do a good job.

Didn’t feel very clean, was quite a noisy neighbourhood. The front desk people were helpful but was not the most comfortable stay unfortunately. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly and the room still smelled from the last guests.

We came out of the room and asked the waiter how to get to the restaurant. The waiter told me to look at the signs on the wall. When we arrived at the restaurant at 8:40, the waiters were sweeping the floor. We put two bowls of porridge on the table, and the waiter was sweeping the floor next to the porridge. He took away the only four remaining vegetables before we finished eating! In the end, the child could only drink plain porridge without any vegetables!
