One of the best hotel stay over the years. Ms. Wen Ning really take initiatives to take care of the guest starting from welcome greeting. The level of service is hardly seen in hospitality sector nowadays, which only can compare to the boutique luxury hotel that provides the butler service. I enjoyed the stay and even extended my stay at the hotel.
