Cheating consumers and bullying consumers. The room was noisy and I couldn't sleep. They didn't solve the problem because they said the room was full. No integrity, no problem solving. The hotel front desk and the electrician can both attest to my complaint. We negotiated with the hotel manager, and there was a man who said he was the manager. He didn't listen to any explanation, just walked away with a sour face and said: This is how we are, you can do whatever you want. Later, another middle-aged woman came over and called the manager, saying that it was over and they had never heard of any noise or complaints from customers. Their attitude was extremely rude and **. This is the only hotel I have booked on this platform that is so irresponsible and naughty.

We booked a room on the spur of the moment during the Spring Festival. The room we chose had two 1.5-meter-long beds, which made it convenient for our family of four to stay in. However, the hygiene condition of this hotel was the dirtiest I've ever stayed in besides a homestay. It's called a big hotel, but it's actually a guesthouse. I didn't take detailed photos, so I won't comment on it, but this one does deserve a comment to avoid it.

At 2:40 in the middle of the night, they said they would check the room and asked me to report my name. If the intercom didn't explain clearly, I had to go downstairs. At first, I didn't know who opened the door. I was confused. Later, the security guard came. I guess the front desk opened the wrong room, so the customer went downstairs to complain and change rooms.
