欺騙消費者，欺負消費者。房間噪音大，無法睡覺，以滿房為由不解決問題。不講誠信，不解決問題。酒店前台，電工都可以證明我的投訴。訴求與酒店經理交涉，有一個男的自己説是經理，不聽解釋，扭屁股走人，甩臭臉説:我們就是這樣的，你愛幹嘛就幹嘛。後來又有一個大媽也過來稱經理，説已經過去了，他們從來沒有聽過顧客反映有噪音和投訴，態度極其野蠻，**。這個是我在平台訂過的酒店裡唯一一個這麼不負責任，耍**的。

到福州逛三坊七巷，又不想住景區太吵，選擇了閩台大酒店，在地鐵一號線斗門站附近，距福州火車站一站路，距三坊七巷五站路，出行很方便，關鍵是不要太安靜。酒店各方面都不錯，很值得。

親子房明亮寬敞，佈置温馨，酒店還有準備小童的洗漱用品和拖鞋等，十分貼心。
酒店地理位置絕佳，交通便利，近公交車站、地鐵站，位於市中心附近也有很多商圈，四通八達，散步就可到温泉公園，地鐵直達三坊七巷。
