Out of 30 Hotels all across China, I have never even close come across a room as dirty as this one. From the previous guest there was the nozzle from tve toothpaste, both opened toothbrush packages, lots of hairs in the sink as well as in the toilet. The toilet had easy to remove brown stains...really gross. The window has not been cleaned in years.
The chambermaid/housekeeping just left the room moments before I entered.
Due to the A/C and Ventilation system there is no real non-smoking room, as the smell of cigarette smoke from other rooms enters the room via the Ventilation system.
The rooms are actually in another building around the corner from the so called En Ze Boutique Hotel...and this building is currently a construction zone in progress.
Wifi is stable, but pretty slow.
Receptionist is professional and friendly.
The location however is fantastic.

Not bad, it's my first time staying at the hotel and there are customers visiting. Please put up the advertising light signs in the corridor quickly, otherwise it will lower the grade

Beautiful environment, large space, comfortable bed, gentle lady, great air conditioning, the air conditioning automatically turns on when the door card is removed and turns off when the card is inserted, it's great

Very bad hotel, even at the price of 140 it is quite explosive, not recommended to stay.
The facilities are simple, the floor doesn't look cleaned, and the room door has no sound insulation.
The attitude of the front desk staff was very bad and indifferent. When I checked in my luggage before leaving, they told me to put it on the small coffee table in front of the elevator because there were too many things in the counter. Only after I insisted did they agree to put it in the counter (there was definitely a place for it). When I came back to pick it up, there was no one at the front desk.

Very bad, the elevator doesn't work, you have to take the stairs, the corridor is not clean, the room is not clean, the actual environment is seriously inconsistent with the pictures. I was cheated. The windows were not closed before I moved in, and the room was full of mosquitoes! I feel like Ctrip’s ratings are bought and are seriously fake!

The room is comfortable, clean and ventilated. The front desk service is warm and meticulous. The whole check-in process is pleasant and reassuring. All kinds of facilities and equipment are complete. The experience is very good and worth recommending 👍👍👍
