Love the location. The workers are really helpful and make you feel comfortable in to settle in. Late check out at 1pm is a bonus. Rooms are clean, comfortable mattress and good local breakfast. Highly recommended.

A truly unique stay at this beautiful artistic heritage hotel. The atmosphere is captivating, and the service was truly awesome– attentive and welcoming throughout. The breakfast was absolutely yummy, a delicious start to the day. However, two significant issues impacted comfort: 1. Room Lighting:The lights were far too low, making it difficult to see or function properly in the room after dark. 2. Noise Transfer:The acoustics from the room above (Level 2) were terrible. Every footstep and movement from upstairs guests was clearly audible and disruptive, making relaxation difficult.

這次旅遊選了個古風民宿，位於福州的上下杭景區入口處。老建築，整體風格以及舒適度體驗感都不錯。店長態度超級好，細節照顧到位。民宿提供下午茶（兩泡茶葉，水果和小零食）和免費漢服體驗，可以穿上漢服在上下杭景區裏隨便逛。喜歡潑墨揮毫的朋友們有用武之地了，民宿提供免費的筆墨紙硯，好大一張桌子。值得一提的是，一般酒店民宿都是下午2點入住，第二天12點退房，這家可以提前11點入住，第二天下午1點退房，衹要提前一天告知給酒店就行。退房的時候看見老闆在泡茶聊了兩句，非常熱情有格局，無意中説到忘了有早餐，老闆説衹要提前説一聲，啥時候都能提供早餐，並不侷限於早餐時間（好像是8-10點）。附近有福州老牌“耳聾伯元宵店”“同利肉燕“以及達道“依強牛滑”。牛滑那一排有“海蠣餅”，這幾家絕對不踩雷，放心吃。撈化推薦“阿信”。至於魚丸就見仁見智了，同利肉燕裏面順便嘗一下吧😂總之這家民宿地理位置好，軟件硬件都ok，附近吃的東西又多，非常棒👍🏻

位置好在景區裏面，晚上休息很安靜，房間乾淨整潔，前台和老闆都很親切，送了小吃和茶，早餐豐盛。院子大，孩子在院裏就能玩半天，還拍了喜歡的三把刀，超級出片，大家可以放心沖。

落地比較晚，吃完飯再到民宿已經是大半夜了，前台服務人員説我們訂的帶閣樓的房間不適合男生，給我們升級房型，但是升級後的房間還是比較小，感覺像是更便宜一些的大床房。民宿環境古色古香，房間地板走上去會咯吱咯吱響，符合酒店氛圍，工作人員的服務態度也都不錯。

酒店是老房子，定了2樓，保留了原始的木質結構屋頂。環境雅緻，地理位置優越，在上下杭景區鬧中取靜。前台小哥哥和小姐姐的服務都很熱情，就連打掃衞生的阿姨也是客客氣氣的。周邊美食眾多，一日四餐都很方便。住了4天，整體感覺安靜祥和舒心，下次來福州還會繼續入住。

【關於民宿環境🪟】古風古色雖然是老房子改造，但很有韻味，喜歡古風的朋友會很喜歡這家！我就很喜歡～【關於民宿設施🛏️】中規中矩床品、空調、洗手間熱水器都很給力，但是地板走路稍微會咯吱咯吱響，但影響不大！【關於民宿周邊🖼️】自由自在去哪都很方便本來還擔心住在景區內會麻煩，但一點不會，出門就有逛的，晚上小風吹着在河邊散步安逸得很！【稍微不足🤏】可能是老房子的原因，民宿隔音不是很好，外面走路説話的聲音聽的一清二楚，但好在12點過後基本不會影響！【超級亮點🌟】民宿老闆的服務態度好好好，寄到那邊的快遞也很好地幫我收好了，入住和退房的時候都主動幫我們搬行李🧳，退房的時候下雨還給我們送了把雨傘☂️ 可惜沒有拍到民宿裏的照片，這些都是民宿門口拍的，供大家參考！！
