酒店服務態度非常好，還免費給我升級了雙床，環境也很好，就是有個小分享擇供大家選擇靠兩邊的房間暫時還沒有住過不知道，靠中間的房間睡眠不好的不要選擇，因為一樓有個機房晚上會有點吵但是不會太吵相當於排氣扇的聲音

差評。酒店位置很好，但管理很差。1、實際房型和平台房型照片差距很大。平台30平米，實際屋內加衞生間、衣櫃20平米，加外陽台可能有30。2、平台圖是雙人沙發帶茶几，實際衹有一個單人沙發。3、隔音大差，外面行車聲音很大，影響休息。3、衞生間設施老化嚴重，換氣扇聲音相當於一個小型拖拉機。4、衞生很一般。5、服務態度也不能算好。嚴重影響作為一個外地人對福州的印象。
