設施：
配有機器人送餐 但是房間離樓層電梯口實在太遠了 有三四百米
空調製冷效果很一般 開到最低晚上睡覺居然被熱醒 而且空調的聲音跟風扇似的很響 登記完剛到房間裏面有一股煙味
環境：酒店環境衞生還可以 但是周圍因為是在南站附近 所以沒什麼商圈 衹有個陽光天地購物中心 逛的地方不多

服務非常好，早餐來不及吃還給我們換了路餐路上吃，五一期間入住還給了伴手禮，離火車站就一站地鐵，出地鐵就是酒店，強力建議住在這裏去平潭島晚的話，這個價位在平潭島沒啥像樣的酒店，高鐵早晚都有車。酒店下面的飯店非常多，又實惠又好吃，隔音也不錯，下面不少燒烤店，酒店一點聲音都沒有，

不滿意，第一太吵，晚上樓下吵，凌晨6點鐘，一直有撞擊牆的聲音。第二，乾淨二字，我覺得談不上吧，我房間的走廊上的左邊花地板上，還有濕紙巾……蟑螂大半夜的看到……洗手間的半夜馬桶沖水聲音太恐怖……早餐嘛……哎，一言難盡呀，我沒吃，直接去沙縣了。房間設施太陳舊了還有裝修。福州這次的旅途太累，就想好好休息……哎……衹能説，這是我商務旅行中，酒店最差的一次。還有股怪怪的潮濕的味道，老闆，該裝修了……

該酒店臨街方便購物餐食。在辦理入住手續時，不知是否是對前台員工處理能力的不滿，某工作人員從側旁房間走到前台，面帶不耐煩，用生硬的語氣回懟客户，她所表現出來的態度，讓客户感受不到一點服務行業應有的樣子。該酒店客房內各種配置較齊全，早餐的菜品、主食能夠滿足需求。

感謝前台為我升級房型。到房間的衞生確實不盡如人意。第一天入住，房間地板是粘粘的感覺，桌面還留有水印和瓶罐形狀粘粘的印。第二天一早出門之前已提醒前台要注意搞衞生，結果下午回去還是一個鬼樣。通知阿姨過去用水拖地，阿姨還在狡辯説每天都用水拖過了。結果她重新拖一次後，效果完全不一樣。桌子上的粘粘的印，都是我在阿姨眼皮底下自己用毛巾擦了一遍，太可笑了

房間沒有煙味，整體乾淨整潔，維也納床墊一直比較忠愛，氣温也不錯沒有開空調，免費幫我升級了床，之前預訂沒有考慮窗户問題，前台姐姐幫忙免費升級，後面早上趕車把東西遺留酒店了，前台姐姐也是很迅速解決這個問題，整體推薦，地理位置很合適就在地鐵口，去哪裡都方便尤其需要趕車的人，推薦推薦

這是我在福州第五個晚上.如果第一天住維也納.我應該會住5晚.這個地點太方便啦！價位合理.cp值高.地鐵臚雷站A2出口出來.就是飯店大廳.前台服務人員熱心.有禮貌.,讓人有賓至如歸之感.房間內很乾凈.枕頭.被子也很舒服.早餐不錯.雖不是特別多.但每樣都是我喜歡的.豆漿濃醇不會很甜.水果也很好吃.超棒！唯一不好的是.大廳有人抽菸.對我這怕二手煙的人來說.這是美中不足的地方.
