住宿體驗極差。早餐選擇少單品質量低。房間浴室地磚發黴。
住行政樓層，房間內煙味很重，走廊也充滿煙味，被迫吸了四晚二手煙。
目睹同樓層住客在房內吸煙，反覆向酒店確認是無煙樓層，酒店表示福州沒有室內禁煙條例，無法處理。

服務：服務不錯，幫忙延遲退房了，寄存行李處很規範，大門口的接待服務很好
設施：設施是真不行！❌
1️⃣房間裏沒有USB充電口...
2️⃣洗漱用品也不是一次性的
3️⃣梳子是木製的，很不好用，梳頭髮容易扯頭髮...
4️⃣沒有自助洗衣服，洗衣服務收費太貴
5️⃣枕頭太軟
環境：地址位置很好，周圍很熱鬧，吃的很多
衞生：房間衞生一般吧，可能地毯也的確比較難清理，一樓的洗手間不太乾淨
自助早餐比較豐富，芋泥羹特別好吃（๑´ڡ`๑）
