1.枕套沒有換，能聞到以前住客的頭油味道，很不舒適；2.洗手間下水道反味，在房間都能聞到。其它：儲水式電熱水器，要等半小時才有熱水。不過這個可以接受。設施簡單完全合理，與價格匹配。但是衞生請務必做到，謝謝！

前台客服人員不專業，第一個晚上在平台上預訂後，前台説找不到訂單。後來跟又跟前台説已經在平台上又續住了一個晚上。但是前台第二天早上還是説沒有找到訂單，讓我家人又在**下訂單。酒店在**確認入住後，看到我在去哪兒的訂單，又確認入住。

第一次開的房間進去後發現鏡子對着床，覺得瘮的慌就下樓要求換房，結果換了一間户型一模一樣，還以為所有房型都一樣就將就睡了，結果退房的時候看到大姐在其他房間整理衞生，發現明明有其他户型，太不專業了吧？而且隔音真的巨差，在外面講話聽的一清二楚，可以説是根本沒隔音
