A few unknown insects were spotted in the washroom. The air conditioning didn’t work properly and never reached the temperature I had set. The room was extremely hot at times, while at other times, it became very cold for no apparent reason.
The morning buffet was below average. Some of the food appeared to be leftovers, and some items were served cold, even though they were supposed to be hot.
Overall, the staff were nice.

Very lovely garden-style hotel with spacious roams, and breakfast is good. The only short coming is no near by restaurants and the hotel stops providing food services after 9 PM.

The soundproofing is not very good and the whole hotel smells very heavy. Everything else is very good and the lobby looks very high-end. Nice environment

The environment of this hotel is very beautiful, with green trees in the garden and ancient mountain scenery in the distance. There is hot spring water in the room, as if it is placed in a natural oxygen bar. The front desk staff Chen Ningting provided good service and the environment was also very good. I felt at home. The hotel room was very good, completely beyond expectations. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offer a panoramic view of the city. There is a square table and two chairs in the room, just right for doing homework! There is an exclusive underground parking lot, which is free for guests to park at, which is very convenient.
