每次來福州，都會住這家酒店。出行特別方便。離中亭街，上下杭，煙台山，都是附近，酒店後老葯街小吃一條街，酒店衞生乾淨，房型不同，有的房間有遊戲房和投影房，前台戴眼鏡那個小姐姐，笑容好，有禮貌，給人很親切。諮詢問題也是很有耐心的，不會不耐煩。然後想要多一把椅子，都親自送到房間，

酒店位於台江區市中心元洪城附近隔壁100米就是派出所，安全方面非常有保障，酒店在2樓有樓梯，有行李的話還可以聯繫酒店人員，會幫忙拿上去前台辦理速度很快，房間也。是新裝修的衞生做的可以的。如果下次有來福州出差旅遊還會再來，價格也實惠。

帶我老婆到大陸沾春節氣氛，沖著網站評比4.8訂了2晚，後怕春節訂不到房，再加訂2晚。但大失所望！如照片厠所衛生紙蓋都生鏽了；浴室磁磚縫有污垢；無窗；房間狹窄與網站上照片不符；沒桌子吃飯！
本想退往後三天訂房，林老闆答應後兩天換個有桌子的房間（換房後發現房門內鎖壞掉），林老闆就拿我手機自己評比自己潞尚，故前篇非我親自評論，也令我了解網路評比4.8是怎麼來的。
潞尚是夫妻檔經營，位於六一中路與台江路十字路口內社區，距最近公交站約600公尺(东百元洪城)，交通不便。沒電梯；須自己提著行李爬抬2樓；只有一台洗衣機但沒有烘乾機；也沒早餐須自行覓食。
我不會再住潞尚第二次，因為後來跟老婆遊上下杭，發現了附近網路評比只4.5八一七路的一家酒店，卻好多了！公交站就在酒店前；有電梯；有4台洗衣機及2台烘乾機；也有早餐（商務早餐但能吃飽）；價錢卻只有122元人民幣比潞尚便宜，房設及浴室裝潢新；樓高view好，就在景區旁很熱鬧生活機能好太多。

酒店有點失望，衞生一般，價格比較貴，過年期間400多一晚很不值，朋友訂的600多一晚，晚上隔壁房間一直看電視到後半夜，隔間看起來像木板牆，不隔音聲音很大，入住時前台吸煙，對討厭吸二手煙的人，很不友好，酒門口小野貓餓的嗷嗷叫，沒有人喂看起來很可憐，我們為了點東西。本來訂了2晚退了一晚。酒店位置走到江邊10幾分鐘，距離還可以，但帶小孩的話，打車不方便距離太近沒人接單，小孩走的累。

這家酒店在主幹道後面，即避開喧囂，車輛又出入方便，房間比較寬敞，傢俱擺設簡約大方。床品舒適，讓人感到十分滿意。服務人員態度親切友好，有求必應，樂於助人。地理位置也較便利，出行方便。老闆非常人性化，春節期間為客人準備的水果及零食質量都很好，需要肥皂洗手，立刻讓小弟專程買來舒膚佳，很感動！我因為睡眠不好，要的封閉房間，一夜好眠！總的來説，這次入住體驗讓人倍感愉快，推薦給需要的朋友，性價比很高。
