選擇了3天2晚的套餐， 性價比超高。房間乾淨整潔 空間大，也比較安靜，看江景很美。早餐豐富 品質高， 歡樂時光晚餐很不錯，輕食和酒，肉燕手工包的，很鮮，人也不多 愜意。 21樓的手工和遊戲環節也很不錯。 選了中餐廳午飯也很好。酒店服務人員都很熱情，小姐姐們很親和，有求必應， 入住2天很滿意，體驗感很不錯。 游泳的地方人有點多。也能理解，工作人員提供了創可貼。 出行叫滴滴很方便。

第一次入住福州凱悦，印象非常深刻，如果以後還到福州一定是第一選擇，首先環境非常好，服務更是細緻入微，入住當天由於備註希望高樓層，在前一天滿房的情況下，儘可能幫我協調到 19 層，房間內佈局合理舒適，另外有可以提前叫車送到三坊七巷的增值服務，總之一句話，他們重視了每一個細節！

性價比無敵，暑假期間可以幾百塊住凱悦，開心，一定要定江景房，景色也好，雖然是老酒店，衞生還是不錯的，我們在前台等了半個小時的房間這個不開心，最起碼像別的酒店送個下午茶啥的，哈哈

房間還是不錯…看到江景…很舒服…房間衞生也是不錯的…不邋遢…房間也沒有煙味…打掃衞生的啊姨服務也給個贊…比前台好…有泳池…室內的…很多人…應該外判給學游泳的機構…很多小孩子…池子又小…根部不能游泳…最搞笑的是不游泳是不能進去游泳池坐的…它裏面是有個欄桿攔着你的…它有幾個膠凳放在欄桿旁邊…我住這麼多酒店真的第一次遇到這個情況…真的影響了酒店的整體評級…其他也沒什麼不好…有停車場…
