Youlai Hotel is located in the center of Fuzhou on Wuyi Middle Road, Taijiang District. It has convenient transportation to various attractions and is opposite the airport bus station. The decoration is generous and modern, the room is large, clean, has a separate toilet and shower room, and the facilities are relatively new. There is always someone at the front desk who can store luggage. The cleaning lady is always responsive and very communicative. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Fuzhou.

The hotel was very quiet when I checked in. I come to this hotel every time I go on a business trip. Although it is next to the road, it is not noisy at night. The quality of the disposable items is good, the service staff are also very good, basically all the requests made by the customers are met, and the price is very suitable. Recommended.

The hygiene and service are very poor. There are bent hairs on the towels, so I dare not use them. There was only one bottle of water in the room. I went to the service desk downstairs and asked how many bottles should be free. I was told 2 bottles, but why was there one bottle? They said the waiter forgot to put it away. I said I would give two bottles (to compensate for one bottle), but the waiter said he would only give me one bottle, without any apologies. Seeing that the waiter valued the bottle of water so seriously, he said he wouldn't take one bottle without compensation and went out to buy it himself. When I checked out, the store didn't even send the missing bottle of water to the room.
