酒店的環境特別好，地理位置也很好，樓下就是地鐵1號線口茶亭站出口，出行方便。對面有永輝超市，附近很多當地的麪包店，便利店，小吃店和飯店。距離三坊七巷和煙台山大約10幾分鐘車程，距離先鋒農貿市場也是18分鐘車程。酒店服務很好，員工幫忙拿行李到房間，停車方便，自助早餐品種豐富，口味好，福州當地的小吃在酒店就能吃得到。酒店的設施齊全，床鋪軟乎，乾淨舒適，來福州選擇世茂洲際是這次旅行最明智的選擇。

服務：也沒感受到太多的服務，跟我住過的其他洲際系酒店略有區別。但是該提供的也提供了，説不出有什麼大毛病。對於問候來説，沒有提前打電話聯繫，衹有退房後來個電話讓我給好評，這點與洲際集團的風格真是略有不同。從前台入住到離店沒有感受到對洲際會員及攜程會員的熱情。入住的時候沒有打掃好房間，前台既沒有説讓可以去行政酒廊休息，也沒有給大堂吧的歡迎飲料。就告訴可以把行李存在前台……我現在那有點意外的不知所措了……因為大堂比較小，那時候也沒有空座可以坐！十一點（明白沒到入住時間可以理解）我也衹能放下行李去吃飯！因為定了行政房，前台也沒有問是否有其他需求。收了按金辦了手續告訴我沒房大概一小時後，然後就沒有其他交流了……有點無語（可能是我住慣了洲際，被別的洲際慣的毛病不好）
設施：衹能説還可以，該有的都有。健身房泳池環境還可以。目前唯一覺得服務不錯的就是健身房的服務員，還算是熱臉相迎，比較熱情，前台的幾個人兩天都沒看見過一次笑臉和問候。大堂吧偏小，沒幾個做的地方，一大片空間好像都外包給茶莊了，消費作為。入住也沒有給歡迎飲料，還有點意外了。
衞生：老牌酒店了，維護還算可以，衞生尚可！
環境：離景區都是十來分鐘的路程，還算方便。
總體來説，沒什麼亮點！
早餐對於洲際集團的酒店來説比較一般。香腸麪包粉腸用料比較劣質，一看就是澱粉腸，這點確實不符合五星酒店的出品。行政酒廊的甜品還可以。

辦理入住的是個年輕小哥，説話很温柔，服務熱情，免費升級了房型。酒店整體入住非常舒適，升級後房間很大，樓層很高，按照備註要求遠離電梯，唯一的缺點就是原房續住後，房卡打不開房門了，緊急聯繫了前台，才得到解決

酒店位於福州市中心，當初選洲際就是看中了地理位置的優越！從福州站到酒店直接地鐵1號線就到了。國慶福州公交地鐵全免費，這一波好感度直接拉滿！重點推薦下酒店6樓的餐廳，即便國慶期間，也有團購的菜品，而且價格相當平民。總之洲際值得！

位置很好，離地鐵站公交站很近，去各個景點都很方便，茶亭公園就在隔壁，房間寬敞明亮，安靜舒適。早餐品種豐富。服務員熱情有禮貌，賓至如歸的感覺，讓我們的福州之旅充滿了温暖。

酒店打車前往三坊七巷，上下杭，煙台山都不遠很方便，離地鐵一號線茶亭站僅二三百米，需要地鐵出行也很便捷。步行可達五一廣場，樓下有茶亭公園可散步。
酒店偏老，確實是十年前的風格，大堂裏都是商店，給了朝北的房間，窗外能看到于山堂的毛主席像。房間燈光在晚上偏暗。電視不太好操作。窗簾都還是手動的。
服務：沒有管家服務，沒有提前電聯，有點落後時代。不過客房服務響應還是很及時。入住前的備註也得到了滿足。基礎服務還是保底的。
酒店有小童樂園本是加分項，但是投影遊戲裏一直出現妖魔鬼怪和骷髏嚇到我家孩子，後面都不敢去玩了。
早餐能吃到很多當地美食很棒，週末用餐人多補充不及時，西瓜汁，魚片粥沒有了都沒有補。
