Good service, and upgraded us to a bigger hotel room as we requested to stay at same level. They even provided us another day of free breakfast buffet. Definitely will recommend to my friends to stay here again.

酒店很新沒異味。酒店環境也好，服務也好。看我帶着兩個孩子入住，升級了家庭房，贈送了早餐中餐，還提供了温泉門票。自助餐也不錯。女兒説下次還要再來入住。

一樓有衞生間但是不能洗澡，洗澡要去樓上，一層房間很寬敞，二樓就有點小，二樓廁所是真不大，不過衞生服務都不賴，前台工作人員也幫忙把行李送上樓，走的時候也幫忙送到門口。

這是我今年住的最好的酒店，性價比超高，送早餐和中晚一頓自助餐，種類豐富，美味，還有免費温泉可以泡，真是超出我的預期，水也是隨便暢飲，下次來福州還住這裏

酒店體驗感不錯，位置可以，出門比較方便，外面附近有共享單車，離地鐵站900米左右，福州打車便宜，到哪個熱門都是十幾元，可以忽略位置，前台紫萱服務熱情，早餐種類比較多
酒店很新，房間簡約乾淨，升級後空間夠夠的，床軟到倒頭就睡。就衹有洗手間略小點，但乾濕分離+打掃超乾淨，完全不影響。
最驚喜的是五福温泉和自助餐！連續 3 天，每天都有，福州好吃的多，自助餐沒怎麼吃，但是温泉泡着巨解壓，每天都能去；每天晚上都去，感受之前的温泉泡澡氛圍，看看電影，和阿姨們聊天，非常治癒😊
下次來福州還選它，性價比拉滿

The staffs at the front desk are all friendly and helpful, especially 雪見小妹, not only she checked us in early, but she also gave us an upgraded room. Her big smile and helpfulness made us feel like a VIP. The room is cleaned and comfy. We will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

來旅遊能滿足4人的房間真的不多，藝龍的家庭房真不錯，小複式，長者在樓下住，我和小孩在樓上互不幹擾。樓下除了床還有兩個小沙發，馬桶間沒有淋浴，淋浴要去樓上。服務很好，有送了早餐，還有自助餐和温泉，飲用水無限供應。酒店位置離景點打車10-15分鐘，附近吃的也很多。
