If you want to play in Changle, it's quite convenient to stay here. The hotel looks high-end, but many facilities are not practical. The soundproofing of the room is very poor, and you can hear the conversation in the corridor clearly. There are not many types of breakfast, and it's not very delicious. I wanted to go swimming, but the water temperature of the swimming pool was too low. I didn't dare to go in the water with my children. There was no parent-child changing room. I also encountered that the ceiling of the women's bathroom was broken, as if a large piece fell off, and it was leaking, which was quite scary. The children's playground occupies a large area, but the facilities are ridiculously simple. The child turned around and left. It feels that the hardware facilities don't consider customer needs at all. The service and hygiene are still good. I especially praise the female manager named Lu at the swimming front desk. She is very enthusiastic. I also heard her arguing with the people in the engineering department that the water temperature should be raised and the customer's feelings should be given priority. The child's swimming cap was left there and was personally delivered. It was neatly packed, which was very heartwarming.
