Ottimo rapporto qualita'. Receptionist sempre disponibile e molto gentile. Tutto esattamente come descritto. Ottima posizione vicinissima al mare ed al centro. Stabilimenti balneari convenzionati a prezzi davvero concorrenziali

Siamo stati in questo residence insieme alla famiglia ed ad una coppia di amici anche loro con la famiglia , ci siamo trovati molto bene , l'appartamentino era molto grazioso ,pulito e dotato di tutte le stoviglie. La signora carlotta molto disponibile e gentile sin dalla nostra prenotazione. Tutto lo staff comunque molto bravo . Residence situato proprio sul lungomare ,quindi posizione ottima .

Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 giorni nell'appartamento con una camera da letto che dava sul cortile interno. Camera grande spaziosa con tv e un buon armadio, idem il bagno con doccia normale. La parte giorno un pò piccola considerando che può ospitare fino a 5 persone , il blocco cucina nuovo attrezzato ma con il frigo piccolo che può essere scomodo se si fanno piu' di 5 giorni non standoci molta spesa, inoltre non esiste un ripiano dispensa e ti devi un po' arrangiare. Nel complesso pulito, staff cortese e disponibile e in centro Gabicce. Per la macchina purtroppo è tutto strisce blu, meglio prenotare il posto nel parcheggio anche se costa 10 euro al giorno. Comunque ci ritornerei.

Prima volta al Residence Rosa e siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti! Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato l’appartamento molto pulito e si è rivelato funzionale ed estremamente silenzioso, cosa assolutamente non scontata visto che siamo in pieno centro. Il personale molto gentile, attento e disponibile ad accontentare le nostre richieste. Consigliatissimo! Torneremo sicuramente!

Siamo stati con la famiglia in questo hotel a luglio 2021, abbiamo trovato l'alloggio pieno di polvere, abbiamo chiesto una pulizia e non è stata fatta. Siamo stati costretti a pulire da soli. In più box doccia rotto, maniglia finestra rotta (quindi non partiva o si chiudeva da sola l'aria condizionata) infine sanitari scrostati.

Siamo arrivati all’ultimo minuto dopo una brutta esperienza in un altro albergo di Rimini, ci hanno accolti con gentilezza e simpatia fin da subito. Tutti cordiali e disponibili, monolocale munito di tutto consigliatissimo per chi ha bimbi e cani! Noi ci siamo trovati super bene con una bimba piccola e con due cani non abbiamo avuto alcun tipo di problema! Scegliete loro per le vostre vacanze e non ve ne pentirete!
